Maytag Blue Cheese Dressing
Makes about 5 1/2 cups
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Colemans dry mustard
3/4 tsp black pepper, ground
3/4 tsp onion salt
1/8 tsp white pepper, ground
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 cup sour cream
2 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 pound Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled
In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, mustard, black pepper, onion salt, and white pepper. Whisk in the vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce and hot sauce.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise and buttermilk and whisk the dressing until it is well combined. Fold in the crumbled cheese.
Chill the dressing, covered overnight. Serve with a green salad or as a dip for a crudities plate.
